WHAT IS BIOTHANE ®?
BioThane® is the brand name of the highest quality polyester webbing with a PVC coating that is currently available on the market. It is essentially, a stronger, highly practical alternative to leather. It is waterproof, antibacterial, easy to clean and always remains odour-free.
The stunning bright colours won’t fade or hold dirt, all you have to do is wipe it clean! Basically, no more soggy, smelly gear. A must have for every owner and their dogs!
HOW DO I MEASURE MY DOGS NECK CORRECTLY?
As each of our collars are custom made especially for your dog, its extremely important that you provide us with your dogs correct measurement.
To do this, please use a fabric tape measure around the centre of the neck where the collar would normally sit. Please make sure to leave a finger gap inbetween to ensure it is not too tight!
If you dont have a fabric measure, you can use a bit of string and then measure the string with a regular measure. PLEASE DO NOT MEASURE THEIR EXISTING COLLAR AS IT WILL NOT BE ACCURATE.

WHAT IS HEXA? IS IT BIOTHANE®?
Hexa is a pvc coated nylon webbing, with a "hex" design for extra grip. We use this for all of our longlines.
It is waterproof, antibacterial and durable. It is NOT Biothane®, they are two different materials with different price points, though the advantages to each material are similar.

I HAVE JUST ORDERED A COLLAR AND I REALISED I MADE A MISTAKE DURING MEASURING, CAN I AMEND MY ORDER?
If you have made a mistake when providing us with your dogs measurements, please contact us as soon as possible! We will not be able to change sizes, widths, styles or colours once and item has gone into production.
