You can choose two colours, or if you prefer something more on the classic side please select your chosen colour in both of the colour options.

Each product is custom-made. Just choose the colour, hardware, length and width!
Sizing: Please write your dogs exact neck measurements in the notes section of your order. We cannot make any collar without providing correct measurements!

Why do we ask for exact measurements, instead of standard S/M/L?
We believe in provding you with a perfect fitting collar, that is made especially for your dog. Collars are made with 5 holes so there is room for adjustment on either side of your measurement.
Refunds & Repairs
**Due to all items being custom made, we cannot accept returns on incorrect sizing or mistakes made when ordering. We also cannot change the colours or harware after an item is made. **
REPLACEMENTS &REPAIRS
Our hardware comes with a 6 month warranty. If your hardware breaks we will replace it (shipping to be paid by the customer). If your product requires repairs outside of our warranty, please contact us.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED?
Normal wear and tear, including scratches or scuffs to the hardware or Biothane®.
We will not replace products that are damaged from dragging on the ground.
While Biothane® is extremely durable, it is not invincable to puppy teeth or strong chewers. For that reason, we will not replace any product that was destroyed by your dog.
Hardware that has not been maintained correctly by customer (ie Rinsing after Saltwater contact etc)
* It is your responsibility to regularly check your gear for defects or weak point to ensure the safety of your dog.
Care Instructions
Biothane® requires very little effort when it comes to care. Simply just wipe it clean with a damp cloth after any adventures. You can also use a basin of warm soapy water if they are extra dirty.
Please ensure to rinse you products with fresh, clean water after beach trips and contact with salt water. Salt water can erode and rust the metals used in hardware, so please make sure to follow this to prolong longevity.
